Welcome to ScrimNation, an online tournament and scrim platform for competitive mobile gamers. By registering, participating, or using any services provided by ScrimNation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or app.
Users must be 13 years or older to participate in any tournament or scrim.
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Each player must have a valid Free Fire ID / Game ID and use their own account during matches.
ScrimNation reserves the right to reject any registration that violates fair play or community guidelines.
All users must create an account on the ScrimNation platform using accurate personal information.
Any account found to contain false, misleading, or duplicate details may be banned.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
ScrimNation is not liable for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to your account.
All players must register through the ScrimNation app or website before the deadline.
Only registered players are eligible to join the official match rooms.
Any use of hacks, scripts, emulators, macros, or third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
Teaming, cheating, exploiting, or sharing room credentials will result in instant disqualification and a permanent ban.
Matches will not be restarted due to player-side lag, internet disconnection, or device issues.
Players must maintain professional and respectful behavior during all matches and in official ScrimNation groups.
Toxic chat, hate speech, or harassment towards admins or other players will not be tolerated.
ScrimNation reserves the right to disqualify, suspend, or permanently ban any user for misconduct.
All gameplay footage, streams, and match highlights may be recorded and used by ScrimNation for promotional purposes.
Tournament entry fees, if applicable, must be paid in full and in advance through the official payment options listed in the app or website.
Payments made are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
By participating in any ScrimNation event, you acknowledge and agree to our strict no-refund policy, which states:
No refunds will be issued for entry fees, subscription fees, or participation payments — regardless of the reason (including device issues, lag, absence, or scheduling conflicts).
Refunds will not be provided for disqualifications caused by rule violations or technical failures on the player’s side.
Refunds will not be issued for canceled participation after registration confirmation.
ScrimNation may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds only in the case of event cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances or technical errors caused by the platform.
Winners must claim prizes within 24 hours after the official results are declared.
Prizes will be transferred through UPI, Paytm, or any method listed by the organizer.
Failure to claim within the time limit will result in forfeiture of the prize.
ScrimNation is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect payment details.
ScrimNation is not affiliated with Garena, Krafton, or any game developer.
The platform only acts as an independent organizer for tournaments and scrims.
ScrimNation is not liable for:
Game server outages or maintenance.
Player device malfunction or internet issues.
Loss of data, rank, or game account bans by third parties.
Any damages or losses arising from participation in tournaments.
ScrimNation reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
ScrimNation may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, uses hacks, or engages in fraudulent behavior.
Banned users are not eligible for refunds or reinstatement.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Odisha, India.
